Hii Guys,
So we have moved on to mid way of the Indian Premier League where almost all teams have played 7 games.
We can see from here that two teams are very likely to secure their place for the playoffs i.e. Delhi Capitals and Mumbai Indians.
However, there is no clarity about the other two slots.
Thus, we can say that this IPL season is really really balanced….
So let’s quickly see the performance of all the 8 teams this week….
Report Card of Week 4 ->
RCB -> Win – 1 Loss – 1
CSK -> Win – 0 Loss – 2
MI -> Win – 2 Loss – 0
SRH -> Win – 1 Loss – 1
DC -> Win – 2 Loss – 1
KKR – > Win – 2 Loss – 0
KXIP -> Win – 0 Loss – 2
RR -> Win – 1 Loss – 1
Chennai Super Kings continue their horrible performance this week as they have done till now.
While the best part was Virat Kohli’s return into form for Royal Challengers Bangalore.

The battle of the week was Mumbai Indians vs Delhi Capitals which Mumbai won pretty comfortably getting the top slot.
For Delhi Capitals the bigger issue now is the unavailability of Rishabh Pant for at least a week.

They had to remove Hetmyer also to get in Alex Carey to keep the wickets.
But amidst all these matches what was the standout performance??
For me it was Ravi Bishnoi picking the wickets of dangerous and well settled David Warner and Jonny Bairstow at the scores of 52 and 97 respectively.
You can check my blog on Ravi Bishnoi.

The way Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bangalore are picking pace in the tournament makes them a contender for playoffs.
However, it’s quite early to say who will reach the playoffs as Sunrisers Hyderabad are also doing pretty good.
While it’s still doors open for Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals.
However, it looks really difficult for Kings XI Punjab from here onwards.
It would be fascinating to see how teams go on from here.
So, What are your views on the fourth week of this IPL season??
